Terms & Conditions

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. Order Fulfilment:

    • Once an order is received, it will be processed and delivered within 24 hours at the customer’s doorstep.

    • Subscription deliveries will be made daily as per the selected slot – Morning (before 7:30 AM) or Evening (before 7:30 PM).

  2. Delivery Location:

    • Deliveries will be made to the address provided during subscription sign-up.

    • Customers should ensure a safe and accessible delivery location (such as a designated milk box or doorstep area).

  3. Delivery Exceptions:

    • In case of delays due to weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events, we will notify customers in advance.

    • The company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

  4. Proof of Delivery:

    • Once the product is placed at the designated location, the delivery is considered completed.

    • The company is not responsible for theft, damage, or spoilage if the product is not collected on time by the customer.

Refund & Return Policy

  1. No Refunds:

    • Since milk and dairy products are perishable in nature, we do not provide refunds once delivery is completed.

  2. No Returns:

    • Delivered items cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety reasons.

  3. Credits & Adjustments:

    • If delivery is skipped due to prior customer request (pause/holiday mode), the unused credit will be adjusted in the next month’s subscription bill.

    • Credits cannot be refunded in cash or transferred to another account.

Terms & Conditions

​Subscription & Payment:

  1. Customers must subscribe on a prepaid basis (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).

  2. All payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable.

Daily Delivery Commitment:

  1. We will ensure on-time daily delivery as per the slot chosen (Morning/Evening).

  2. Customers are responsible for informing us in advance if they wish to pause, skip, or resume deliveries.

Service Scope:

  1. Deliveries are available only within our serviceable areas.

  2. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue service at any time, with prior notice.

Credits & Carry Forward:

  1. Unused delivery credits due to skipped days will be carried forward and adjusted in the next billing cycle.

  2. Credits cannot be encashed or transferred.

Customer Responsibility:

  1. Customers should ensure timely collection of delivered milk to prevent spoilage.

  2. Once delivery is marked completed, the company is not responsible for theft, misuse, or damage.

Liability:

  1. EarlyBird Delivery Services / Milkman, operated by TADI KRISHNA CHAITANYA MANI GOPAL, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the services.

  2. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Changes to Terms:

  1. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued usage of the subscription service will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
